Eric Silvey was very kind, and courteous as well as quick and knowledgeable when he came to my house. We had a broken water pipe last winter, and he had it fixed super fast! I was impressed with how quickly he had it repaired and was on his way. I appreciate the fact that we had to call him on short notice, and he responded right away. Another time we had a problem with the bathroom, we ended up having the have the septic tank drained – but, Eric saved us a lot of money by snaking out the toilet line (it was full of roots from a tree outside) and helped us isolate what the real problem was. I would gladly refer anybody to him, he’s a good worker and business man!
